These terms apply to all appointments at The Laser Lounge, 15 Ramsons Crescent, Didcot, OX11 6FQ.

Consultation and patch test

The £30 consultation and patch test deposit is taken off your first treatment.

We need at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
With 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be moved to a new appointment. It isn’t refunded for late cancellations or no-shows.
If we have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund or a free rebooking.

Bundles are paid in full up front and are valid for 12 months. A session is lost if it’s cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed.

All treatments are 18+ only.
